Processing rate

Selection of rolling process parameters

Rolling speed: Rolling speed is the main sign of the advanced degree of rolling mill and rolling technology. Selection and management of rolling oil

Rolling oil additives are mainly used in the ester, alcohol add a small amount of acid, so that the best effect of rolling oil. The amount of alcohol added is usually 2% to 5% of the base oil, and the amount of the ester is 1% to 3% of the base oil. Roll management

Intermediate annealing
The intermediate annealing is mainly to eliminate the work hardening.
